We are delighted that Joy’s Corner, our pioneering modular housing scheme for people transitioning out of homelessness, has received an RTPI East of England Award for planning excellence.
The judges recognised the project for transforming a challenging, underused site into a high-quality, low-carbon development that provides dignified, self-contained homes alongside personalised support. The award highlights the power of innovative design, collaboration and community-led development in tackling homelessness.
This achievement reflects the dedication of an outstanding project team.
