ITAC CLT is currently progressing plans for a new five-home modular community at Barnwell Drive, Cambridge, providing high-quality supported accommodation for people transitioning out of homelessness.
Working closely with Cambridge City Council, the project is currently at the pre-planning application (PPA) stage as we develop proposals that will deliver another safe, sustainable and community-focused neighbourhood.
We are working hard with our partners to bring this exciting scheme forward and look forward to sharing further updates as the project progresses.
